The short answer
Write down the working setup, leave it saved in one build, and use another for changes. Rift’s three build slots make that possible. Verify the values in the test build before starting; switching builds does not mean it copied your baseline.
WATCH THE FEATURE
Find the timing for your jumper.
Value Finder helps find settings for your build and jumper. Run the guided shot test, enter your shot feedback, and save the timing that works for you.

Rift — the #1 2K27 Cronus Zen script.
Keep your best setup ready with Rift’s three saved builds, a key reason for the #1 feature-based pick.
Compare Rift with other 2K27 scripts →Capture the original
Record the version, build number, Auto-Green mode, timing, rhythm speed, and relevant toggles. A photo of the menu can help, but make sure every important page is represented. A single number from the MS page is not a complete setup record.
Prepare the comparison build
Choose another Rift build and check its fields one by one against the reference. Set the planned baseline before changing the one value you want to test. This prevents a comparison where several hidden differences are blamed on one timing adjustment.

Keep a change log
For each test, note what changed and whether you kept or reverted it. Save through the menu when finished. If the new setup is worse or unclear, return to the recorded original rather than trying to remember a long chain of adjustments.
Quick reference
| What to check | The useful detail |
|---|---|
| Baseline | Known version, build, values, and toggles |
| Test build | Verified setup before one deliberate change |
| Log | Changed field, old value, new value, outcome |
| Recovery | Return to the recorded baseline |

Common questions
Can a saved build replace written notes?
It helps, but notes remain useful if you load a new file or need support.
Are the three build slots automatic copies?
Do not assume that. Check their stored values before comparing them.
