01

Evidence labels

Source-examined controls, first-party seller claims, public product documentation, and community user reports are labeled separately. One type is never presented as another.

02

Why Rift receives 97

Rift scores highest because its V1.1 controls were directly examined and its platform, update, rating, review, and user facts are publicly stated. The final three points remain unawarded because future patch behavior and individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

03

How complaints affect a score

Repeated dated community reports can affect setup and buyer-experience scoring when the reports are clearly labeled. They are not converted into invented defect rates or fake reviews.

04

Corrections

Product details can change. Scores are revisited when a seller publishes materially different documentation, update terms, platform support, or reliable customer evidence.
