- Switch back and forth, reading the build label and selected field each time.
Keep the test small
One known difference is easier to verify than changing every mod. Record which field should change and which should stay the same. The supplied source saves the outgoing profile while switching, so avoid making unintended edits before the switch.
Keep game-side changes out
Rift’s build selection does not choose your MyPLAYER or jumper. If you switch those manually during the test, record them separately. A script profile test can be completed by checking the menu before making any gameplay comparison.
Finish with the intended configuration
Restore any temporary test values and return to the build you plan to use. Keep the map of builds outside the device. If the expected field does not change, document the exact navigation and active script version for support rather than guessing from the LED.
